Introduction

The association

ADCET is a non-profit association founded in 2005, made up of public and private members, whose purpose is to promote the development and use of digital systems by regional authorities to improve the lives of citizens and the management of local groups.
  • Our goals are as follows:
  • To put new technologies to work for the benefit of local residents.
  • To personalize and improve the relationship between users and regional authorities.
  • To simplify steps and procedures for users.
  • To reduce management costs.
  • To eliminate repetitive tasks.

Digital systems have many applications for regional authorities:
  • Dematerializing procedures
  • Shopping and loyalty cards
  • Street and lot parking
  • City cards and public facilities (CVQ) cards
  • Electronic payments and e-wallets
  • Student cards (junion high and and high schools, universities, etc.)

Become a member

ADCET is open to all non-commercial enterprises (municipalities and communities within municipalities, regional and departmental councils, universities, student services, junior highs and high schools, etc.) and commercial enterprises (manufacturers, software and IT companies, telecom operators, transportation companies, banks, consultants, etc.) inspired by this market.
